By accessing and using RapidLogX ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

RapidLogX provides a log monitoring and auditing platform for ISPs and network operators. We provide tools for log ingestion, storage, search, and compliance reporting.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.

4. Use of Service

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright or data privacy laws).
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.

5. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service ("User Data"). We do not claim ownership of your User Data. However, by uploading User Data, you grant us a license to use, store, and copy that User Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Payment and Subscription

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

In no event shall RapidLogX, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
